3. Design steps for injection mold structure

(1) Determine the number of cavities

(2) Select parting surface

(3) Determine the layout plan of the mold cavity, pouring system, demolding method, temperature control system structure, exhaust form, and main dimensions of the injection mold

(4) Select standard mold frame

(5) Draw a complete structural sketch of the injection mold

(6) Verify the relevant dimensions of the mold and injection machine
